Durham Electrics offer small business premises owners and/or occupiers in the North East with bespoke on-site training on daily and monthly emergency lighting testing. The training involves a pre-training walk around of your premises to check what installations you have and then provide testing training to your nominated employees. It is always recommended to train your fire wardens or the premises responsible person.

Training involves

• theory - an overview of why testing is required

• an overview of the premises emergency lighting installation

• practical testing

• followed by a multiple choice test

• certificate on completion
