*Where a call out fee apply this includes up to one hour labour for fault finding and repair (if possible). All rates and fees are inclusive of VAT. Payment can be made by cash or credit/debit card.

**Emergency call outs are designed to restore or make safe electric circuits. We aim for a permanent or temporary repair which is often completed 90% of the time. Alternative visits maybe required should there be a temporary repair. Addition hourly rates at £30.00 per hour will apply should an engineer be at the premises longer than one hour.
