Description: 1.8L 1800W Stainless steel electric kettle. Supplied with removable base that connects to the mains and with a moulded, EU specification plug fitted with a UK conversion plug (PowerConnections SCF3). Product made in China.
Risk: There is a risk of electric shock
Action: Stop using the product immediately. The manufacturer has not identified any return information.

Recall Date: 1st July 2016
Description: Energizer Ultimate USB chargers sold in the UK after 1st November 2015. Model numbers: AC2UUNUIP5 - For Apple devices. AC2UUNUSM2 - For Samsung devices and AC2UUNUMC2 - For Micro USB compatible devices
Risk: There is a risk of electric shock

Power Adaptors by E.ON
Recall Date: 8th July 2016
Description: Two types of power adapters are being recalled with immediate effect. These were included with some of the in home energy displays (also called smart energy displays) that were mainly supplied to customers between 2012 and 2015 along with their smart meter. Model numbers affected: Model TEKA006-0500500BS and Model SPS-02C5-0.5CU
Risk: In rare cased sthe outer casing can come loose exposing internal wiring.
