It's the final countdown....

...This will be our last main blog post of 2015 (sad face), but what an incredible year it has been. The last few months have just flown by. We have accomplished so much in such a short space of time.

Our main achievement was winning Theo Paphitis Small Business Sunday #SBS Award in September. We then joined the rollercoaster of successful business commissions since then. Including; Providing cover for British Gas customers via Home Assistance UK Limited and been accepted onto the Gateshead Council Registered Traders Scheme (which supplements our membership with Durham County Council's scheme.

2016 is looking to be a very promising year for Durham Electrics. We will hopefully be opening our doors to young new talent later in the year by recruiting an electrical apprentice as well as looking at other oppoetunities for growth. We wouldn't be in this position without our loyal clients.

Durham Electrics also started its first ever Newsletter in support to our blog articles and we hope to build on this further as the months go by. If you are a trades professional and would like to help contribute to safety articles please contact us.

Prize Draw Winners

In September we decided to start rewarding our customer's who left feedback on the independant review site Freeindex.

November's Winner: Jessica Francis, who also takes home a delicious bottle of Prosecco

We will be looking at other prize draws in the new year. Without your honest feedback we wouldn't be leaving 2015 ranked 4th out of over 3,000 electrical contractors in the UK (big cheesy grin).
