Durham Electrics believes our customers should be able to find product recall information quickly and easily. This is why we have chosen to include this on our website.

We will always contact our customers direct who are affected by a product recall from any equipment we have installed. We also publish regular product recall information on our news feed. Electrical good most often reported as faulty or dangerous include:

•  Chargers

•  Adaptors, including those used for travel

•  Extension and spare product leads

•  Hairdryers, tongs and hair-straighteners

•  Small kitchen appliances such as kettles, toasters and irons.
